काल आणि परवा (9, 10 नोव्हेंबर 2024 ला) आम्ही ग्रामायण (Gramayan Pratishthan, Nagpur) ने नागपुर मध्ये आयोजित केलेल्याअभ्युदय या संस्थांच्या सेवा प्रदर्शनीमध्ये सहभागी झालो होतो. या निमीत्ताने अनेक लोकांशी भेट झाली, आपल्या आस्था प्रकल्पाबद्दल व संस्था करत असलेल्या इतर कामांबद्दल त्यांना माहिती देता आली, काही जणांनी संस्थेला मदतही केली आणि इतर संस्था करत असलेल्या कामांचा परिचय देखील झाला. प्रदर्शन छान होते आणि उपयोगीही. आम्हाला या प्रदर्शनात सहभागी करून घेतले म्हणून आम्ही ग्रामायण team चे (Manju Ragit, Chandrakant Ragit, अनिल सांबारे, संजय सराफ, आणि team) चे खुप आभारी आहोत.

आणि रात्री अशोकवनात मुक्कमी होतो तेव्हा तिथे आई बाबाही आलेले होते त्यामुळे त्यांचीही भेट झाली. मजा आली.

काल जागतिक महिला दिना निमीत्त महाराष्ट्र राज्य महिला आयोगाने आयोजीत केलेल्या “सन्मान ती चा” या कार्यक्रमात मी करत असलेल्या कामाचा / माझा सन्मान करण्यात आला. खुप आनंद झाला.

कार्यक्रमात क्षीप्रा मानकर ताई, प्रियदर्शिनी हिंगे ताई, रविंद्र आंबेकर दादा (Ravindra Ambekar), डॉ. रागिणी पारेख ताई, रूपाली चाकणकर ताई, आणि इतर सन्मारार्थी या सगळ्या मान्यवरांना भेटून छान वाटल. मजा आली.

आणि नेहमीसारखच सारिका (Sarika Gaikwad) आणि मिलींद सरनोबत काका सोबत असल्यामुळे मुंबईतील प्रवास अगदीच छान झाला. Thank you.

कोवीड चा lockdown सुरू होता तेव्हा सहजच मनात विचार आला होता की माझ्या, किंवा आमच्या, आयुष्याच्या highlights (किंवा photo album किंवा मनातील व्यक्त केलेले काही विचार किंवा ते जे काही असेल ते) पुस्तक रूपात प्रसिध्द करूया. तेव्हा वेळही होता आणि म्हणून मग ते त्या पध्दतीने मांडलेही गेले. पण नंतर मात्र हा विचार मागे पडला, तितकासा वेळही मिळाला नाही, आणि नंतर कधीतरी यापेक्षा चांगल्या पध्दतीने मांडणी करूया असा विचार करत करत हे राहून गेले. जवळपास ३.५ वर्षे हे करायचे राहून गेले…

पण आता मात्र ते amazon वर ebook स्वरूपात ते publish केले आहे. पण ते व्यवस्थित झाले आहे का, त्यात काही चूका तर राहील्या नाहीत ना, वैगरे वर मात्र फारसा विचार आम्ही आता केलेला नाही. चुका असतील तर असतील, लक्षात येतील तेव्हा त्या दुरूस्त करू, पण सध्या मात्र राहून गेलेली ही एक गोष्ट / राहून गेलेले हे एक काम पुर्ण करू असे आम्ही ठरवले होते व ते झाले याचे आम्हाला समाधान आहे.

जमल्यास वाचाल. काही टीका टिप्पणी करावी असे वाटल्यास ती जरूर कराल व काही चुका दिसल्यास त्याही लक्षात आणून द्याल जेणे करून त्या दुरूस्त करता येतील. आणि यामध्ये आम्ही खुप सारे photo वापरले आहेत, शक्यतो ते सर्वच आम्हीच काढलेले आहेत आणि आम्ही ज्यांना आमचे जवळचे समजतो त्यांचेचे ते आहेत. पण ते photo वापरण्यासंदर्भात त्यांची रीतसर परवानगी मात्र आम्ही घेतलेली नाही त्यामुळे त्यांच्यापैकी किंवा इतर कुणाला या संदर्भात काही अडचण असल्यास तसे आम्हाला कळवाल जेणे करून आम्ही त्याची योग्य ती दखल घेउन यामध्ये आवश्यक ते बदल करू.

बाकी सगळे छान. जमल्यास वाचाल. कसे वाटले ते कळवाल. शुभ दीपावली.

काही दिवसांपूर्वी आपल्या आस्था प्रकल्पात प्राजक्ता नावाची 23 वर्षांची एक मुलगी, तिच्या 18 महिन्यांच्या बाळाला सोबत घेउन, नवऱ्याच्या त्रासाला कंटाळून, रहायला आली होती. हे तसे नवीन नाही. याआधिही अशा मुली / महीला आपल्याकडे आल्या होत्याच. पण प्राजक्ताच्या सासरची परिस्थिती थोडी वेगळी होती कारण प्राजक्ता आपल्याकडे आल्यानंतर लगेचच, अगदी 1-2 तासातच ती मंडळी, तिच्या माहेरच्या 2 जणांना सोबत घेउन, तिला व तिच्या बाळाला परत न्यायला आपल्या प्रकल्पात पोहचली पण होती. प्राजक्ता याआधिही अश्या प्रकारे माहेरी गेली होती पण नाईलाजाने परत सासरीही गेली होती. आणि यावेळेसही त्यांचा तसाच प्रयत्न दिसत होता. त्यांनी आम्हालाही सांगायचा प्रयत्न केला की हिचे मानसिक संतुलन ठीक नाही, ती तिच्या मुलाला सांभाळू शकत नाही, इ. आणि नंतर मग म्हणायला लागले की तीला रहायचे आहे तर राहू द्या पण बाळाला मात्र आम्ही घेउन जातो. आणि हे सर्व बोलणे सुरू असतांना प्राजक्ता काहीच बोलत नव्हती, ती फक्त रडत होती. पण ते बाळाला घेउन जातो असे म्हणायला व तसे ते प्रत्यक्ष करतील असे वाटल्यानंतर मात्र आम्ही त्यांना सांगीतले की थांबा, तिचे काय म्हणणे आहे ते ही एकून घ्या. आणि मग थोड्या वेळाने प्राजक्ता अगदी हळू आवाजात नाही म्हणाली. तीने त्यांच्या सोबत जायला नकार दिला आणि बाळालाही त्यांच्या सोबत नेउ देण्यास नकार दिला. तिने हळू आवाजात, रडत रडत, पण स्पष्टपणे नकार दिला. आणि मग मात्र त्यांचा सुर बदलला व ते आम्ही बाळाला कायदेशीर रित्या घेउन जाउ, इ. म्हणायला लागले. पण मग नंतर थोड्या वेळाने ते सर्व परतही गेले. आणि प्राजक्ता आपल्या इथे तिच्या बाळासोबत रहायला लागली. नंतर काही वेळाने तिच्या माहेरची जी मंडळी सोबत आली होती त्यांचा मला phone आला व त्यांनी सांगीतले की प्राजक्ता चांगली मुलगी आहे तिने खुप त्रास सहन केला आहे पण आम्हाला त्यांच्यासमोर तसे बोलता येत नव्हते, इ. आणि तुम्ही जे केले ते खुप चांगले केले. नंतर प्राजक्ता 4-5 दिवस आपल्याकडे राहीली, या दरम्यान ती तिच्या आई वडीलांशीही बोलली, त्यांनीही तिचे म्हणणे एकून घेतले आता परत सासरी जाउ नको, आमच्याकडे ये, आम्ही तुझ्या सोबत आहोत असे सांगीतले व आपण पुढील आवश्यक ती प्रक्रीयाही करू असेही सांगीतले व त्यानुसार प्राजक्ता तिच्या माहेरी परत गेली. सध्या ती त्यांच्यासोबत आहे. आनंदात आहे. पुढे काय करायचे याचा विचार व त्याची तयारी करत आहे.

पण मी मघाशी म्हणाली त्याप्रमाणे यात नवीन अस काही नाही. हे बहुतेक तरी खुप मुलींच्या बाबतीत घडत. काही त्रास सहन करतात, करत राहतात तर काही जणी हिंमत करून या त्रासातून मुक्त होतात. पण तरीही प्रश्न राहतोच की जे झाले ते चांगले झाले का, ते व्हायलाच पाहीजे होते का. माहीत नाही. याच सगळ्यांना लागू पडेल, सगळ्यांसाठी आणि सगळ्या परिस्थितीत बरोबर असेल अस काही उत्तर नाही आहे बहुतेक. कारण प्रत्येक छोट्या मोठ्या मतभेदासाठी एकदम टोकाची भुमीका घेण जस चुकीच आहे तसच हे तर सगळ्यांच्याच बाबतीत होत त्यात नवीन काय आहे अस म्हणून होत असलेल्या प्रत्येक अन्यायाकडे / त्रासाकडे दुर्लक्ष करण, तो सहन करण, तो सहन करायला लावण हे ही सगळ चुकीचच आहे अस मला / आम्हाला वाटत. पण याबाबतीत ज्याचा त्याच्या निर्णय त्या त्या व्यक्तीने स्वतःच घ्यायचा असतो, योग्य काय अयोग्य काय हे ही त्या व्यक्तीने स्वतःच ठरवायच असत असही मला / आम्हाला वाटत. आणि अशी वेळ कोणावरही येउ नये असही मला / आम्हाला वाटत..

पण असो. बाकी सगळे छान. गणेशोत्सवाच्या सगळ्यांना शुभेच्छा.

आपल्या आस्था भोजनालयातील (Irwin Hospital मधील Canteen मधील) एका customer / beneficiary (शिवानी ठाकरे) चा कालचा positive feedback. आणि आजही अमीत दादांनी यवतमाळच्या श्री. सुरेश राठी आणि त्यांच्या मित्रमंडळींसाठीचे जेवण आस्था भोजनालयातूनच मागवले होते. ते देखील सगळ्यांना आवडले. छान वाटले. आणि या निमीत्ताने त्यांच्याशी आपल्या आस्था प्रकल्पाबद्दल सविस्तर बोलणेही झाले. आपला जिल्हा सामान्य रुग्णालय, अमरावती (Irwin Hospital, Amravati) येथील अन्नदानाचा उपक्रम आज 10000 मोफत जेवण वाटपाचा टप्पा गाठत आहे. उपक्रमात सहभागी असलेल्या सगळ्यांचे आभारी आहोत.

आज सावजी काकांनी (Dr. Avinash Saoji) आयोजीत केलेल्या निवासी युवा प्रेरणा शिबीरात आलेल्या शिबीरार्थींशी बोलायची संधी मिळाली. यानिमीत्ताने मी करत असलेल्या कामाबद्दल (आस्था प्रकल्पाबद्दल, आस्था भोजनालयाबद्दल, आमच्या इतर प्रकल्पांबद्दल) सगळ्यांना माहिती देता आली, याबद्दल त्यांनी बरेच प्रश्नही विचारले, त्यावरही चांंगली चर्चा झाली. माझ्या आयुष्यातल्या इतरही अनेक गोष्टींवरही बोलणे झाले. आणि मी न गडबडता चांगली बोलली अस माझ मलाच वाटल, आणि तस सावजी काकांनीही नंतर मला सांगीतल (आणि उदय भेटेल तेव्हा त्यालाही मी तस सांगेल अस ते म्हणाले), त्यामुळे मला छान वाटल. कार्यक्रम मस्त झाला, सगळ्यांना आवडला, मलाही.
