काल आणि परवा (9, 10 नोव्हेंबर 2024 ला) आम्ही ग्रामायण (Gramayan Pratishthan, Nagpur) ने नागपुर मध्ये आयोजित केलेल्याअभ्युदय या संस्थांच्या सेवा प्रदर्शनीमध्ये सहभागी झालो होतो. या निमीत्ताने अनेक लोकांशी भेट झाली, आपल्या आस्था प्रकल्पाबद्दल व संस्था करत असलेल्या इतर कामांबद्दल त्यांना माहिती देता आली, काही जणांनी संस्थेला मदतही केली आणि इतर संस्था करत असलेल्या कामांचा परिचय देखील झाला. प्रदर्शन छान होते आणि उपयोगीही. आम्हाला या प्रदर्शनात सहभागी करून घेतले म्हणून आम्ही ग्रामायण team चे (Manju Ragit, Chandrakant Ragit, अनिल सांबारे, संजय सराफ, आणि team) चे खुप आभारी आहोत.

आणि रात्री अशोकवनात मुक्कमी होतो तेव्हा तिथे आई बाबाही आलेले होते त्यामुळे त्यांचीही भेट झाली. मजा आली.

आम्ही आपल्या आस्था निवासी प्रकल्पाचे व आस्था भोजनालयाचे सगळे काम व्यवस्थित होत नाही तो पर्यंत इतर कुठला नवीन कार्यक्रम सुरू करायचा नाही असे ठरवले होते / आहे. पण यादरम्यान काही संधी उपलब्ध झाल्यास त्याबद्दल विचार करून ठरवूया असेही ठरवले होते / आहे. आणि काही दिवसांपूर्वी अमरावतीमधील एका दुसर्‍या संस्थेमार्फत आम्हाला काही गरजू विद्यार्थ्यांना व इतर काही जणांना नियमीतपणे जेवण पुरवण्या संदर्भात मिळून काही कार्यक्रम करता येईल का अशी विचारणा झाली होती. त्यानुसार आम्ही काय करता येईल, लाभार्थ्यांची निवड कशी करता येईल, त्यांच्याकडून काय अपेक्षा असतील, अंदाजे किती खर्च होईल, इ. गोष्टींवर विचार करून एक रूपरेषा त्यांच्यासमोर मांडली. चर्चा छान झाली. पण कदाचित आम्ही काढलेला खर्च त्यांना जास्त वाटला असेल किंवा इतर काही कारण असेल पण पुढे मात्र काही ठरले झाले नाही व त्यांच्यासोबतचा हा कार्यक्रम सुरू झाला नाही.

आणि खर्चाची व्यवस्था करणे अवघड असल्यामुळे आम्हीही त्यावर पुढे फारसा विचार केला नाही. पण मनातून तो विचार गेलाही नाही. व आपल्या भोजनालयात अधूनमधून विद्यार्थी half tiffin (कमी पैशात mess) बद्दल चौकशी करत होतेच.

आणि योगायोगाने काल सकाळी उदयने आपण स्वत:च हा कार्यक्रम सुरू करूया, पण छोट्या प्रमाणात, असे सुचवले. आम्ही परत सगळा विचार केला. इतर सर्व ठीक आहे पण खर्चाची व्यवस्था करणे अजूनही अवघडच वाटत आहे. पण तरीही आम्ही 1 तारखेपासून हा कार्यक्रम सुरू करत आहोत व किमान 1 वर्ष तरी हा कार्यक्रम सुरू ठेवूया असे सध्या ठरवले आहे. व या कार्यक्रमाचा या 10 विद्यार्थ्यांना नक्कीच फायदा होईल व indirectly काही प्रमाणात तरी आपल्या आस्था प्रकल्पालाही फायदा होईल असे वाटत आहे. काय होते ते लवकर समजेलच.

तुम्हाला कोणाला या कार्यक्रमाबद्दल अधिक माहिती हवी असल्यास, या कार्यक्रमासाठी काही मदत करायची असल्यास, आमच्याशी नक्कीच संपर्क साधाल.

मी काही वर्षांपूर्वी Rang De या peer to peer lending platform बद्दल एकले होते, त्यांच्याबद्दल थोडी माहितीही पाहीली होती. व भविष्यात ते आपल्याला व इतरांना उपयोगी पडू शकेल असे मला वाटलेही होते. पण नंतर गरज पडली नाही म्हणून मग याबद्दल विसरून गेलो. पण 1-2 दिवसांपूर्वी Rang De च्या एका नोकरी संदर्भातील post मुळे त्यांची website परत पाहीली. माहिती सविस्तर वाचली. आणि Rang De सोबत आपली संस्था काम करू शकेल व त्यामार्फत काही गरजू लोकांना कर्ज रूपात आर्थिक सहाय्य करू शकेल असे लक्षात आले. म्हणून मग यासंदर्भातील expression of internet चा form देखील भरला. त्यांचा काय. reply येतो ते बघुया पण ही माहिती इतरांना, आपल्या सारखेच काम करत असलेल्या इतर संस्थांना, कार्यकर्त्यांना, इतरांना मदत करावी असे वाटत असलेल्यांना व ज्यांना या कर्जाची गरज आहे त्यांना, होउ शकेल असे वाटले म्हणून हे लिहीत आहे.

peer to peer lending and social investing platform म्हणजे काय? माझ्या मते हा असा एक platform आहे ज्याच्या मार्फत छोट्या कर्जाची गरज असलेल्या पण bank, MFI कडून कर्ज मिळण्यात अडचण असलेल्या लोकांना त्यांना हवे असलेले कर्ज समाजातील अनेक छोटे investors एकत्र येउन देउ शकतील असा platform.

हे लवकर लक्षात येणार नाही पण आपण म्हणूया की कोणा एका व्यक्तीला, उदा. आमच्या कडे काम करत होत्या त्या यमुना मावशींना त्यांचे स्वतःचे घर व्हावे म्हणून 1 लाख ₹ कमी पडत आहे. त्यांना हे पैसे बचत गट, MFI, bank येथून मिळत नाही आहे. मग त्यांना हवे असलेल्या कर्जाबद्दल आमची संस्था Rang De ला माहिती देईल. ते त्यांच्या माफक norms नुसार त्याची तपासणी करतील व त्यांच्या platform वर ही माहिती publish करतील. नंतर भारतभरातील या platform वर नोंदणी केलेली मंडळी ही माहिती पाहू शकतील व त्यांना योग्य वाटेल तेवढी रक्कम या कर्जासाठी देउ शकतील (गुंतवतील). Rang De ही रक्कम aggregate करून यमुना मावशींना देईल. त्या ठरल्याप्रमाणे सुलभ हप्त्यात (EMI द्वारे), कमी व्याजदरात, ही रक्कम Rang De ला परत करतील. व Rang De ज्या सर्वांनी या कर्जासाठी पैसे दिले आहेत त्यांना ठरलेल्या व्याजदराने पैसे दरमहा परत करेल.

आहे सोप? आणि चांगल? कदाचीत तस वाटल नसेल, पण आहे हे सोप आणि चांगल.
